Tryouts for girls’ basketball will begin today. All girls interested in trying out must have a physical and insurance information turned in by the time of tryouts.
Representatives from Balfour will be here on Wednesday, October 31 to meet separately with sophomores and seniors. They will be meeting with seniors to measure for caps and gowns for graduation. They will be meeting with sophomores to discuss class rings. Balfour will then return on Tuesday, November 6 to take orders from the sophomores for class rings.
Art Club hoodies are in; come by and pick yours up.

Juniors and Seniors: A representative from MacMurray College will be at DHS today at 9:00 am. If you are interested in learning more about this college, please sign the list in guidance to attend.

There are some extra playoff shirts in various sizes available in the office.
Speech practice will be 4-6 Tuesday and Wednesday and 4-5 on Thursday.
The first speech meet is this Saturday, November 3, in Marion, and the bus will depart DHS at 7:30 am.
Tryouts for the Du Quoin High School boys' basketball team will be Monday, November 5th. Sophomores through Seniors will tryout from 3:20-5:30 in Anders Gymnasium. Freshman tryouts will be from 5:00-6:30 at the High School. All boys interested in trying out must have a physical and insurance information turned in by the time of tryouts. Enjoy your week off and we will see everyone on the 5th.
