Across Du Quoin CUSD #300, our students and staff took time to remember, reflect, and learn as we marked the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001.
Through classroom lessons, activities, conversations, and moments of reflection, students explored the events of that day and the lasting impact it had on our country and our communities. Each building found meaningful ways to honor the lives lost, recognize the courage and service of first responders, and reflect on the strength and unity that followed.
