Board Meeting Changes

The Board of Education has moved the regular meeting for the month of June. The June meeting of the Board of Education will now be held on Monday, June 22, 2020 at 6:00 PM. This meeting will include a budget hearing for consideration of an amended budget for the current fiscal year. While recent meetings have been held with remote participation in place, it is yet to be determined if these options will remain in place. More information will be shared closer to this meeting date.

Additionally, the Board of Education has called a special meeting for Thursday, May 28th, 2020 at 6:00 PM. The previously instituted changes to the format of the meetings to safeguard the public against the spread of coronavirus/COVID-19 remain in place for this meeting. The District will allow public participation only via live audio cast and will allow public comment only via telephone. Anyone who would like to listen to the audio cast may contact the district office at 542-3856 on Wednesday, May 27th or Thursday, May 28th, between the hours of 8:00 AM-3:30 PM to receive instructions. Anyone who would like to address the Board during the public comment period may contact the district office at 542-3856 during the  aforementioned days/times. You will then be asked to provide a phone number that you can be reached at during the meeting. The District will call you during the public comment section of the meeting and provide you the opportunity to make comments. All speakers during public comment are asked to limit their comments to five minutes. The agenda for the special meeting is posted on our website here.
