Friends of Rachel Club will be hosting a cupcake social at 6:30pm this evening in the cafeteria. If you are wondering what Friends of Rachel club is all about and were unable to attend the first meeting, here is your chance! Please sign up on Ms. Kelly’s Office door located in the Library to save your spot!
There will be a short book club meeting on Tuesday, September 10 at 7:45 in Ms. Mabrey's room. Anyone interested in joining is welcome!
Freshman: If you would like to join Student Council pick up a petition from Mrs. Robison in room 115. Petitions are due by Wednesday morning.
If you were not able to attend the FCCLA meeting last night, you can still join. Stop by room 108 and see Mrs. Stacey for information on joining.
There will be a Sophomore Class meeting for anyone wishing to help with the homecoming billboard in Mrs. Miller's room today during ELT.
Final Reminder for FBLA Members: Your dues of $18 must be turned in to one of the officers or Mrs. Gross by Tuesday, September 10.
Juniors and Seniors:
A representative from Vincennes University will be at Du Quoin High School Monday, September 16th at 9 am. Please sign up in guidance if you are interested in learning more about the University and their programs.
Speech team members are listed on Mrs. Coleman’s door. First practice is Tuesday at 4.
Art Club meeting after school Thursday to discuss shirt designs and future activities.
Students that would like to order the French club t-shirt, the $15 is due to Mrs. Dunavan by the end of school on Friday, Sept 13. Stop by and see the winning design. No extra shirts will be ordered.
