Today’s Lunch:  Sausage gravy on a biscuit, tater tots, wango tango punch, and fruit

Tomorrow’s Breakfast:  Pancake, bacon, fruit, juice, and milk

Tomorrow’s Lunch:  Chicken quesadilla, spicy beans, corn, and fruit

The Orientation to Health Occupations and CNA classes are collecting change as part of z100s Quest for a Million Pennies fundraiser for St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.  If you have change you would like to donate, please drop it off in the nursing office.  

Student Council is gathering items for St. Jude patients such as toys, dolls, books, crayons, earbuds and headphones, and teen toiletries. Please check the lists posted around the school for more items. You can drop your donations off in the office or Mrs. Robison’s room, room 115. All items are appreciated.

FFA members will be selling a variety of meat sticks and jerky for $1.00 throughout the month of February.

The Art Club will be selling Crush Grams during lunch on Tuesday, February 11th and Wednesday, February 12th. Crush Grams consist of a Crush soda (orange or strawberry), sucker and skittles for $2. Grams will be delivered before school on February 14th.

Juniors and Seniors: A representative from the University of Missouri St. Louis will be here Tuesday, February 11th at 10 am.  Please sign the list on the bulletin board in guidance if you would like to attend.

HOSA will be meeting today after school in the nursing office.  We will be making Valentine's cards for the residents of Fairview Nursing home.  Please bring craft supplies.

The Choices class will be selling cookies on Tuesday, February 11 during both lunches.

Make plans to attend the 2020 FCCLA Sweetheart Dance.  FCCLA cordially invites all Du Quoin High School students to attend the Sweetheart Dance.  The dance will be held on February 22, 2022 at the Du Quoin American Legion from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM.  Tickets will be on sale February 18th --21st in the Family & Consumer Science Room --Room 108--from Mrs. Stacey.  Permission slips and forms for out of town guests are available today. Tickets will be $10 each. This year one lucky ticket buyer will WIN an Amazon Fire HD 8 tablet.  So be sure to buy your tickets!  

Students, please exit the student parking lot in a cautious manner.

Sophomores:  Candy bars are in.  If you are willing to sell some, come sign out a box from Mrs. Miller.  

Students please do not open doors for anyone when doors are locked.  Only faculty or staff should open locked doors to allow individuals in the building.  

Congratulations to Garrett Juhl for receiving third in state for band!

Sophomores:  If you need to check out candy bars, turn in money for candy bars, or get additional cookie dough order forms, please stop by Mrs. Robison's room (right across the hall from Mrs. Miller) to do so.  Thank you!

French club will have a bake day on Thursday, Feb 13 after school in Mrs. Stacey's lab.  There are only so many spots available. Any French club members that would like to reserve their place in the kitchen, please sign up in Mrs. Dunavan's room.

Art Club meeting Thursday after school, we will be putting the crush grams together.
