DMS is excited to announce our attendance competition program. Each homeroom will compete against the other homerooms in each grade level. They homeroom with the best attendance rate for the month will receive a prize at the end of each month. Also each grade level will be competing for an overall monthly prize. The grade level with the best attendance rate for each month will earn a monthly reward such as extended recess, a movie, day time dance, and other exciting rewards. You can look for the posters in the hallways and commons to see who is winning.
Picture Day is Thursday, September 19.
Thursday is a 2:00 Dismissal day.
The Builder's Club Avon fundraiser starts this week and runs until Sept. 20th. See Mrs. Krone if you need to pick up your order forms. This is an easy way to get your points for Builder's Club.
Middle School Science club will start on Sept 24th. Any middle school student who is interested, please see Mr. Hicks for more information.
Student Council and Yearbook members are selling Ohio Valley Candles again for their yearly fundraiser. Please see a Yearbook or Student Council member to purchase a candle. Sales will end September 27th at 3:00. Money will need to be collected when the order is made. Thank you for your help.
