EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION

MISSION AND GOAL STATEMENTS

 

Mission

 

The Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation that serves as a vehicle for soliciting, receiving and allocating gifts, grants and bequests of money, property or services to enhance and enrich the programs, activities and facilities of DuQuoin Community Unit School District #300. 

 

Goals

 

I.  Projects – To promote the enrichment of the educational process in the school district through the distribution of funds collected for specific projects.

 

                       

II. Scholarships – To manage, award, and distribute various scholarships held by the foundation.

 

 

III. Recognition – To recognize the accomplishments and achievements of past graduates and to the benevolence and assistance shown to the school district by friends and patrons.
