Use Parent Connect to Monitor Your Student's Progress

Web Site Gives Parents Information

October 14, 2009

Parents of students who attend Du Quoin High School now have an avenue by which they can monitor their student's progress.  It is called Parent Connect and a tab for the program can be found on the front page of the web site.  When you click on the tab please follow the instructions for connecting to your child's progress.  A password for parents to enter the site was mailed with our midterm progress reports in September.  If you have misplaced the password please contact the guidance office and someone will help you get the password you need for your child.

Parent Connect allows you to see your student's homework grades, quiz scores, test scores, and any assignments they have not completed.  It also will allow you to see your student's attendance.  Overall, the site is an excellent opportunity for you to have access to and a more direct role in your student's educational progress.

Remember, the site is password protected.  The parent of a particular student is the only person outside the school district who will access to their student's information.  Du Quoin High School strongly encourages all parents to take advantage of this window into to your student's education.
