Fourth Grade Responsibility Incentive Program

Each nine weeks our students are given 100 points. If they have even one point left at the end of the nine weeks they will be invited to Fourth Grade Fun Day! We are trying to instill a sense of responsibility in our students. The following are ways students may lose points.
No homework -5 points for each assignment
Agenda not filled out -5 points
Agenda not signed -5 points
Behavior checkmarks -5 for each
Behavior report from any other adult -10 points
In-School Suspension -20 points
Out-of-School Suspension -50 points
Expulsion -100 points
Lunch Detention -10 points
Morning Crisis -10 points
Notes not returned with signature -5 points each day
Tests not signed and returned -5 points each day
