District #300 Strategic Plan Implementation

During the 2007-08 and 2008-09 school years a committee was formed to develop a new strategic plan for the school district. The strategic plan committee consisting of faculty, staff, students, parents, community members, Board members, and administrators met to develop new vision, mission, and belief statements for the District. As well, new district goals and action steps were developed to address 3 major areas of emphasis. On February 20, 2009 the District #300 Board of Education unanimously approve this plan document. For the past three school years the District has worked to address each goal and component area of the District's strategic plan through the implementation of a number of activities and action steps.
